AGREEMENT AND CHARGES

Your sessions with a supervisor whether face to face or online are subject to an agreement between you (the counsellor) and the supervisor.

The first email response from your supervisor is free.

During the second exchange the supervisor will outline a proposed agreement. This will :

Clarify the response time ie within a set number of hours say 48 or 72
The supervisor and counsellor need to agree :
The frequency of online contacts to be exchanged
How and when payment is to be made
Any times during the agreed period when either the supervisor or the counsellor will be away
How they are going to deal with a breakdown in computer technology

CHARGES

Our charges are approximately £40 per monthly session.

This might comprise of one long email exchange and one shorter follow-up email exchange or one hour of real-time conferencing on Windows Messenger.

However charges may differ between supervisors and you are advised to contact your chosen Supervisor for his/her fees.

Payments can be made direct to the therapist using any of the following ways:

(for debit cards such as delta or switch)

(for credit cards such as visa and mastercard).

This agreement is subject to ongoing revision with the agreement of both parties.
