Supervision Skyways is a part of Counselling Online Ltd, which offers online training for counsellors who wish to work on the Internet.

1) PRIVACY – Skyways are not responsible for any breach of privacy that arises simply out of the many ways in which digital information on the Internet can be accessed by a determined hacker. Encrypted services are available for those clients in possession of or willing to acquire the necessary software (email us for further details)

2) ILLEGAL USE – Any illegal activity taking place on the Skyways website will negate any confidentiality agreement previously made with a counsellor, and details of this illegal activity may be publicised and legal action taken.

3) INSURANCE - All counsellors using this site have full professional indemnity cover.

4) PROFESSIONAL - We are all members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and work to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice. If you would like to see this in full go to the BACP website http://www.bacp.co.uk/

5) SUPERVISION - We all have regular Supervision of our work, also to guidelines set out by BACP.

6) TRAINING - All counsellors working on this site are experienced in face-to-face work and have received professional training in online counselling from http://www.onlinetraining4counsellors.com/

COMPLAINTS - If anyone using this site for the purposes of giving or receiving online counselling has a complaint against the Skyways company, please email us. Complaints against individual counsellors should be pursued through that counsellor’s professional body after informing us of the fact that a complaint has been made. Clients who breach the boundaries of the counsellor relationship will be disallowed from using this site.
